Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a modern form of yoga that is in trend nowadays. The name, ‘Ashtanga’ was derived after the eight limbs of yoga mentioned in the Yoga sutras of Pathanjali. This dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Ashtanga yoga, with its many vinyasas, is great for building core strength and toning the body. Ashtanga yoga mainly emphasizes on improving flexibility, breathing, and relaxation of the body.
